Are you prepared when disaster strikes? Here is a picture above from Ellicott City Maryland where a vehicle is being pulled out from the mud after the storm. Its been raining here in the Hampton Roads area for a few days and water levels are rising, which means water is likely to spill onto the roads and into your VEHICLE. Do you know what to do when this happens?

1. Call your insurance company
2.  Be sure to review your policy to ensure you have the appropriate coverage
3. Determine your deductible
4. Have your insurance adjuster look over the car thoroughly
5. Determine where the water entered the vehicle
6. If your adjuster is unable to determine where the water entered the vehicle, have them contact a reputable auto detailing company who has EXPERIENCE with water damage vehicles
7. If you leave your car untreated you will develop mold and germs
8. Your vehicle should be clean and like new 🙂
